Sore Throat Man returned again to strike fear into the hearts of radio amateurs by menacingly announcing that he is watching them. Creepy. Though it wasn't clear who he was watching as there didn't appear to be anybody else using the repeater at the time. Perhaps he was looking in the mirror?
