High on Drugs?

It's Sunday night and Roy G7SWW is happily enjoying a QSO with Keith M3YYK. That is until a heavy breathing lunatic drops in on the frequency!
Many pleasantries follow starting with "Get a job". He then proceeds to play dtmf tones and completely obliterates M3YYK. Roy sounds annoyed, suggesting the idiot is high on drugs and decides to sign. The unwanted guest finds this hilarious, keying over everyone and making strange noises. When Tony G6MWS joins Roy later on he appears again completely wiping everybody out with silly noises and dtmf tones. This continues and Roy later notices that on the input frequency of the repeater he can hear Tony with no interference at all.
